Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days pass since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, sealed. Lucy J Brands, LLC will reject a return if either of these conditions are not met.
To complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in our system.
Damaged or Missing Products/Order:
In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and email them along with a brief description of the problem to email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There will always be processing time before a refund is posted. Lucy J Brands, LLC will notify you once a refund has been issued so you can begin tracking progress of the funds.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded after purchase. All sales on sale items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
